My 30-minute audio story, “What Were You When You Were Alive?” was highlighted at the online web site, Veterans Today. It’s an honor to be assisting the American veteran, as I am also one, and I think my Dad would be proud (if he were alive). I grew up in a military-type home (moving every six months), and we had our share of dysfunction, but without the military warriors, where would our country be? It’s just a shame that the leaders are never held accountable for their actions, but the “grunts” always are. This story was a protest story, but it was also an optimistic story of recovery. Those in my “program” will understand the message quite well. Those who are not . . . well, “this too shall pass.”
